Story Circles

Circles are based on Jean Shinoda Bolen’s book, The Millionth Circle, which, inspired by Indigenous traditions, encourages women to get together and hold space for each other’s stories.

Gather, Reflect, Transform

Welcome to a space where stories are shared, insights are uncovered, and growth begins. Through workshops that inspire self-discovery and circles that foster heartfelt connection, I guide women toward clarity, creativity, and empowerment.

I facilitate online gatherings spanning countries, alongside in-person workshops and circles, creating opportunities for women to connect, reflect, and grow—wherever they are in the world. Join me—let’s find the courage to listen deeply to ourselves and each other.

These gatherings are created to nurture connection, creativity, and inner calm—whether for individuals, community spaces, or workplace teams.

My Training & Credentials

My work is rooted in formal training and embodied practice. I bring both heart and skill to the spaces I hold.

Here’s a little about my background:

  • Certified Meditation Teacher – Trained under New-York-based meditation teacher and writer, Lodro Rinzler, 2023
I completed a comprehensive meditation teacher training that focused on mindfulness, breathwork, and guiding others in safe, grounded practice.

  • Trained Women’s Circle Facilitator – Women's Circle Facilitator Training held by Tanya Lynn of Sistership Circle, 2025

I learned how to create sacred, inclusive, and trauma-aware containers where women can gather, share, and rise in sisterhood.

My ongoing commitment is to ethical, inclusive, and soulful facilitation.
